Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "cvb8", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the cvb8 platform, its operators, and all associated services accessible via cvb8.io.
• "Platform" — refers to the cvb8 website, mobile interface, sportsbook, live casino, slots lobby, and all other features made available at cvb8.io.
• "Player", "User", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the cvb8 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered member account created by a Player upon completing the cvb8 registration process.
• "BDT" or "৳" — refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all transactions on the cvb8 Platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the total amount of real-money BDT funds held in a Player's cvb8 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — refers to any real-money or bonus-money stake placed by a Player on any betting market, casino game, slot title, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process that all cvb8 Players are required to complete before withdrawing funds or as otherwise requested by cvb8.
• "NID" — refers to the Bangladesh National Identity Card, the primary accepted document for KYC age and identity verification on the cvb8 Platform.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all cvb8 platform timestamps, event scheduling, and deadlines.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Player and cvb8. Access to or use of the Platform, in whole or in part, constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and all other cvb8 policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable bonus terms.

cvb8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

cvb8 may, at its sole discretion, provide a courtesy notification of significant changes to registered Players via email or on-platform notification. The absence of such notification does not, however, excuse the Player from the obligation to comply with any updated version of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The cvb8 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an Account or using any cvb8 service, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. cvb8 enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification using a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or other approved government-issued identification documents.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To create a cvb8 Account, applicants must:

• Be aged 21 years or older at the time of registration;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number;
• Submit a valid Bangladesh NID or other approved identity document when requested during the KYC process;
• Not already hold an existing cvb8 Account — only one Account per person is permitted at any time;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online betting or casino services is prohibited by law.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the cvb8 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts — whether under the same name, the same NID, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and balance forfeiture.

Account Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including their username and password. cvb8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all Accounts and using a unique password not shared with any other online service.

Players must notify cvb8 immediately at [email protected] if they suspect that their Account has been accessed without authorisation, that their login credentials have been compromised, or that any fraudulent activity has occurred on their Account.

4.2 Accurate Information

Players are required to ensure that all personal information held in their Account remains accurate and up to date at all times. Any change in name, residential address, mobile number, or primary payment method must be communicated to cvb8 support. cvb8 reserves the right to suspend an Account pending re-verification if discrepancies are identified between Account-held information and submitted KYC documents.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

cvb8 operates a mandatory KYC process. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents at registration, prior to their first withdrawal, or at any other time at cvb8's discretion. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladesh NID, passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until the verification is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions on the cvb8 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. cvb8 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the relevant Account pending investigation. Deposits are credited to the Player's Account Balance in BDT and are available for immediate use across all Platform products.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active bonus wagering requirements remaining on the Account. cvb8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳20,000. Players are permitted to withdraw real-money Balance only; Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

5.4 Transaction Limits

Maximum single deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players should contact support at [email protected] for information regarding their specific account limits. cvb8 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with or without prior notice.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP-tier rewards offered by cvb8 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence only with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum total bet amount that must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated bonus validity period will result in the expiration and removal of all associated Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

cvb8 operates zero tolerance towards bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; the use of systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to hedge bonus wagering requirements; collusion between Players; and the provision of false information to qualify for a promotion. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be immediately suspended and all associated Bonus Funds and winnings forfeited.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the cvb8 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. In the event of a disputed result, cvb8 reserves the right to void or re-settle bets in accordance with the official result published by the governing body of the relevant sport — including ICC rulings for cricket, FIFA decisions for football, and official BPL match results as declared by the Bangladesh Cricket Board.

7.2 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. cvb8 reserves the right to suspend or close live markets at any time, including during periods of technical difficulty, market volatility, or when an event's outcome is considered highly probable. Bets accepted prior to market suspension remain valid unless otherwise stated.

7.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes on the cvb8 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game title is determined by the relevant game provider — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, or Spribe — and is independently audited. cvb8 does not modify game mechanics or RTP settings beyond the parameters provided by the licensed game studio.

7.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or game round, cvb8 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account Balance. cvb8 shall not be liable for any losses claimed to result from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cvb8 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Accessing the Platform using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match fixing, sports manipulation, or any form of corrupt betting activity;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using funds derived from illegal or criminal activity to deposit into a cvb8 Account (money laundering);
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cvb8 staff or other Platform users;
• Sharing login credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to operate a registered Account;
• Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes (collusion).

Responsible Gaming

cvb8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as an integral part of its operations. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible free of charge from the Account Settings area:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to restrict the amount they can deposit within a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of session duration and net wagering activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently.
• Cool-Off Period: Short-term breaks from betting of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without permanent account closure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cvb8 Platform — including but not limited to the cvb8 brand name, logo, graphical elements, software, code, game interfaces, text, imagery, audio, and structural design — is the exclusive property of cvb8 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No Player or third party may reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any cvb8 Platform content without the prior written consent of cvb8.

Game titles, software, and associated intellectual property provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe — remain the exclusive property of those respective studios and are used on the cvb8 Platform under licence. Players may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract any game software from the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cvb8 shall not be liable to any Player or third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• The use of, or inability to use, any part of the cvb8 Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services;
• Any loss of data, winnings, or funds resulting from technical malfunctions not caused by cvb8's wilful misconduct;
• Any third-party content, software, or services integrated into or accessible through the Platform;
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

cvb8's total aggregate liability to any individual Player, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

cvb8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Material changes that significantly affect Player rights or obligations will be communicated via on-platform notification where practicable. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

12.2 Account Termination by Player

Players may request closure of their cvb8 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of any active bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered primary payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.

12.3 Account Termination by cvb8

cvb8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: a Player has breached these Terms and Conditions; a Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or the continuation of an Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players. In cases of proven fraud or prohibited conduct, cvb8 reserves the right to withhold all associated Account Balances.

12.4 Governing Language

These Terms and Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall be the authoritative reference.
